Olympic Foundry’s diverse casting manufacturing processes offer our customers choices not typically available at most foundries today. These processes include Green Sand Molding, No-Bake Molding, Investment (lost wax) Molding, Lost Foam Molding, Ceramic Molding, Vacuum Molding, Shell Molding, Die Casting, Forging and Metal Fabrication. Heat treatment of our products is typically performed in house, and includes Annealing, Normalizing, Normalizing and Tempering, Quenching and Tempering (oil or water) and surface hardening.

In support of the casting production facilities we maintain several fully equipped machine shops with conventional and CNC equipment available to finish machine your parts to your specific requirements, and we have the ability to utilize several of these machining centers to produce CNC patterns from your supplied electronic models.
Olympic Foundry maintains several painting facilities at the producing foundry as well as at locations here in the US. In addition, we offer plating, galvanizing and anodizing when required.
We can also assemble your finished parts into complete assemblies, package per your requirements and deliver ready to install.
